Serving East Orlando’s 32825, 32828 and 32829 neighborhoods

East Orlando has grown fast over the last 25 years, and a big share of homes in Avalon Park, Waterford Lakes, Stoneybrook, Eastwood, Cypress Springs and Chickasaw have screened pools. We have completed several enclosure projects in the 32825, 32828 and 32829 ZIP codes, from small screen repairs to full restorations, and we are a short drive away from our Narcoossee Road office.

What East Orlando enclosures go through

  • Afternoon storms. East Orlando sits in the path of the summer storms that build every afternoon. Gusty winds stretch panels and pop spline, and roof panels take the worst of it.
  • Growing pains on newer cages. Homes built in the late 1990s and 2000s are now reaching the age where original coating fades and standard screws begin to rust and bleed.
  • Rental and investment homes. Near UCF and Research Park, many homes are rentals. A clean, sealed enclosure helps with tenant turnover and keeps a small tear from becoming a whole-panel problem.
  • Conservation areas and ponds. Many lots back onto wetlands, which means more insects and more humidity on the frame.

Our services

Pool Screen Repair. Fast fixes for torn panels, loose spline and storm damage. A good option if most of your screen is still in good shape.

Pool Screen Rescreening. Replace the mesh on the whole enclosure. Homes backing onto conservation land often choose no-see-um mesh. Standard 18×14 fiberglass, Glas-Shield and bronzetone are also available.

Pool Cage Restoration. Our complete restoration: strip the screen, upgrade the fasteners, clean and mask, spray a premium marine-grade water-borne acrylic coating and rescreen. Built to last about 10 years and backed by our 3-year warranty.

Pool Deck Staining. Give a faded deck a fresh, slip-resistant finish.

For landlords and property managers

If you own or manage rentals in East Orlando, we can inspect an enclosure between tenants and fix it before the next move-in. Ask about scheduling access with your tenant or lockbox.

Avalon Park and Waterford Lakes HOA guidelines

Both communities have design guidelines for exterior changes. Recoating in the existing color is typically straightforward, while a color change usually needs approval. We can supply the color name and scope of work for your application.

Frequently asked questions

Can you just fix a few torn panels?

Yes. If most of your screen is in good shape, we can replace only the damaged panels.

Do you work on rental properties near UCF?

Yes. We work with landlords and property managers and can coordinate access with your tenant.

When should I rescreen instead of repair?

If many panels are faded, brittle or torn, a full rescreen is usually better value than patching panel by panel. We will tell you which makes sense at the estimate.

Do you need HOA approval in Avalon Park or Waterford Lakes?

A color change usually needs approval. Keeping the same color is generally simpler. Check with your association first.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully bonded and insured with over $1,000,000 in general liability and workers’ compensation coverage.
